Build it yourself

Why a growth person should ship sites and agents, not just briefs.

Most growth work dies in the handoff. The idea is right, the brief is clear, and then it waits three weeks for someone with access to change a headline.

So I build. Sites on Cloudflare, Astro, Framer and WordPress. Analytics. Structured data so search engines and AI assistants know what the page is. And agents: small AI workers that research searches, draft, and check facts against the product before anything ships.

What agents are good for

The boring middle. Pulling data from three tools, comparing it, drafting the first version, flagging what doesn't match. A person still decides what goes live. The agent just makes sure that person spends their time deciding, not copying.

What they're bad at

Taste, and knowing what's true about your product today. Both stay human.

If the fix needs building, I build it. If a process is slow, I automate it.

This site is an example. Written, designed, built and deployed without a handoff.

Finish line
