Growth operator · Creator · Speaker — Tirana

I turn ideas into attention, and attention into customers.

Part poet, part spreadsheet. I find what's stopping a product from growing, then build what moves it: the story, the distribution, the numbers. Quietly, and until it works.

01 — How I work

Words, numbers, and stamina.

Attention

Make them stop

People decide in a second whether to keep watching. I've spent years learning what earns that second, and I have the view counts to check.

Words

Say it simply

One true sentence beats a page of features. I write for people, not for search bars.

Numbers

Count everything

Margins, group sizes, cost per booking, conversion. A feeling is a hypothesis until the numbers agree.

Stamina

Stay in the round

Marathons, training, businesses that started with one bike. Most growth happens after most people stop.

02 — Work

Different rooms, same fight.

Find what's stopping growth. Build the system that gets past it. Stay until it works.

Linkie

A link-in-bio tool up against a giant with 70 million users, and I'm the whole marketing team. So I didn't fight on features. I fought on what the giants ignore: your brand, not ours, private by default. Then I fixed the foundations before shouting about it.

I run the Framer site end to end, from homepage tests and pricing to structured data and analytics. I write the launch emails, sign the creator partnerships, take Linkie to AppSumo and to stages like Future2Tech. Behind it sits a workspace of AI agents I built to research, write and check the work with me.

Experiences · Tirana

Bike Tirana

It started with one bike. I rented out a couple more, then a few more, then a second city. Profitable from day one and growing every year since: from one or two tourists to two or three tours a day, around 10 to 15 riders daily from April to mid-October.

Tours, e-bikes, food rides, rentals and repairs. Marketplaces for discovery, the website for margin, and demand mapped in seven languages, but only sold where a guide can deliver it.

Fighting & Breathing

Personal and group training with Florence as the backdrop: hills, rooftops, the river in the morning. People came for the workout and stayed for the view and each other. Also profitable from day one.

The neighbourhood

Some of the best work happens three streets from home. I've helped Tirana places people already love find a voice online that feels like walking in the door: social media, positioning, and training the team so it keeps working when I'm not in the room.

03 — Content

Attention, built by hand.

One big video can be luck. Doing it again, on purpose, is a system.

On stage, off script.

I talk about growth the way I do it: real numbers, real mistakes, no buzzwords.

06 — About

I'm from Tirana. I learned economics in Italian, marketing on the street, and patience at kilometre 35.

I've sold trips, tours, training sessions and software. The product changes. The job doesn't: make people notice something good, help them understand it, make it easy to buy.

I run marathons and I train like a fighter. Both taught me the same thing about growth: pick a pace you can hold, breathe, and when it hurts, that's usually the part that counts.
